Recommendations of the AG Short Film

The AG Kurzfilm is the nationwide lobby organisation whose aim is to strengthen the public perception of German short film at home and abroad. The federal association is the point of contact for filmmakers, producers, short film institutions, politicians, the film industry, cinemas and film festivals for all questions relating to short film. The umbrella organisation's diverse projects include the Kurz.Film.Tour, which shows the nominated and award-winning short films of the German Short Film Award in cinemas nationwide every year, and the KURZFILMTAG, which invites event organisers of all kinds to stage their own short film events on the shortest day of the year - 21 December. Since 2004, the AG Kurzfilm has included up to 100 current German short films in its online catalogue each year, thus offering industry representatives a research opportunity. In this collection, we would like to highlight fifteen of these now over 2,000 short films.
